Georgina or ‘George’ as she’s know to us, has been at PHR for seven years. She describes her job as “chatting to people and smiling all day”. We see her as an integral part of the account management process, and a major player in customer engagement.
As an ISO 9001 registered company, she ensures we are committed to quality management - these balances are in place to meet the needs of our customers and other hotel and event stakeholders. George is part of the larger account management team handling reservation requirements
When not at work, shopping comes quite high on the list of favourite things to do and lunching, she also loves riding her bike, gardening and taking her dog for walks or runs. Time best spent?... attending festivals such as Bestival or Glastonbury.
