Louise oversees and manages our conference and special events department. From managing each initial event enquiry, arranging and confirming the venue to post-conference clean up and event evaluation, she will look at every event aspect in detail.
 
We like to think that once an event has been arranged by PHR, our clients will know that they are in capable hands and so consequently we are pleased that so many of our events are repeat affairs. We treat every event that we organise with complete care and professionalism. A countless number of our conferences or events require clear objectives; accuracy on details, strategic planning and thorough project management. No event planner likes surprises, so detail, budget and deadline are our watchwords, they have to be to ensure each event stays within the pre-defined conference and event management limits that have been set.
 
Louise's outside interests cover reading, box fit and football, all are equally matched with a love of chocolate. Most intriguing venue in London? 85 Swains Lane.

} "We book rooms through PHR throughout the year, but especially in October. This is a time when we have clients coming over who don't always know until the last minute if they need a room, whether they want to extend their stay or cancel. I feel as though I am being a complete pest but Amy, Valerie, Louise and Nicky are always polite and make me feel that I am not being the pest that I believe I am! This time of year is exceptionally busy and to know that I can put our hotel requirements in their hands helps a lot."
