Operations Manager

Dawn is one of the longest serving employees here, having worked at PHR since we moved from London to Suffolk nearly two decades ago. Her important position in account management has overseen the growth of the role expanded beyond hotel accommodation with the needs of our clients requiring ever-more depth to our services; corporate travel, venue finding, conference and event management. Local became global. With clients such as Thomson Local, the BBC, SIS Outside Broadcasts all under her team’s management; purchasing, expense handling solutions, and helping our customers drive down the cost of accommodation, meetings and events are all part of the job.
 
Dawn cites her greatest achievement as ‘having her babies’ and indeed is becoming an ardent football fan, she can be found on most weekends at the sideline watching her children play soccer and enjoys spending entire weekend’s happily ferrying them between matches!
 
We are fortunate to have Dawn’s professionalism and commitment on our team, plus she is quite adept at cake making – being a mum of three, so a win-win for us. Big TV reality show & cooking programme fan and if she could jet off tomorrow – Florida, no question.
